When’s the last time you saw a picture of yourself from the side?

If you see your head tilted forward, I bet you also probably have some sleep apnea or some snoring issues because having an airway passage that gets obstructed when you sleep on your back or your side, your body’s going to naturally find a way to open those airways and then we’ll do it by putting your head out forward.

Which I think is also why chiropractic care, when done to the right place at the right time, and our patients tell us the same thing, they notice they sleep better.

They have a more restful sleep, and they also notice their posture improving when they’re under care because aligning the structure of your neck also helps improve airway passages, so your body doesn’t have to do this to breathe anymore.

It can stand up more straight and breathe, which helps everything.

So go through your phone and maybe your friend’s phone.

Look for pictures of yourself and see if you have a head that goes like this, and look at yourself from the side.

And if you do, you might want to consider getting work on that so you can breathe better and sleep better and everything else improves.
