Getting a good night’s rest is probably one of the most important things that someone can do for their health. Not be able to sleep well wrecks everything”: immune system function, mental clarity, energy levels, concentration, the whole ball of wax.

Not being able to sleep well is often related to having physical aches and pains; something is achy and tired, or just throbbing, and it just won’t let someone sleep very well at night.

Sometimes stress gets in the way; you might have too much work stress or life stress, or not be able to handle stress very well.

When someone stressed lays their head down at night, their mind just starts racing and racing, and they won’t shut off. They wake up in the middle of night to go to the bathroom. They can’t fall back asleep, because they start thinking about what’s coming next or at work.
