And all these things are correlated to the stress that our body deals with.

And it just seems like everything is so stressful these days, whether it’s work, it’s kids, school, finances, what food you’re supposed to buy, what you’re supposed to eat, what you’re not supposed to eat.

So we just have so much stress that’s involved with our daily lives today.

And while these things can be stressful, and they probably should be too, the thing is that they shouldn’t continually stress us out, and you’re not being able to put your body into a state of relaxation.

And so what your body’s going through is just a constant fight or flight mechanism.

It’s always going to be in the fight or flight because your body thinks it’s always in danger.

And one thing that we do to help with that is chiropractic adjustments.

And what we’re allowing the body to do is to function between the sympathetic, which is your fight or flight, and the parasympathetic, which is your rest and digest.

So instead of the big hustle and bustle in the city and all the stressful stuff that comes with that, we want to be able to put our bodies into a place like this.
