I’m not even sure if most of my patients know this, but the whole reason I became a chiropractor was I used to be an athlete. I used to be an elite bike racer racing across the country.

I used chiropractic care, not just for rehabbing from injuries, but also to boost performance.  If you’re an athlete out there and you’re maybe on the amateur level and you looking to go to the next level, look at your icons in whatever sport you’re choosing.  Don’t just try to emulate their training style, but also emulate the other peripheral things that might be doing to boost their performance student nutrition, sleep.

Chiropractic care is on the list for a lot of top performers. Chiropractic care is not just a way to rehab from injuries, but it’s a way to boost your athletic performance and maximize recovery time between one event to the next or one training event to the next. If you look at an elite athlete or elite sport, pretty much all of them have a chiropractor that they go work with, a dietician, and a massage therapist. They protect their time when it comes to sleep.

There are lots of things that you need to do to boost your performance as an athlete, but chiropractic care needs to be on that list because chiropractic care is one of the only ways to tap into your central nervous system and improve your whole body coordination and prove how all your physiology works and syncs together.
