I don’t think I’m the only one that feels this way, but I think life’s a lot easier when you get what you want out of it, don’t you?

You’re looking good, you’re feeling good, you’re able to focus on the things that you love and enjoy in your life, all the good things that we want to be able to get done and accomplish, and stuff.

These last couple of years here in the north state have been super rough, and I know our community is full of anxiety right now, especially with all of these fires.

It’s hard to go outside because of all the smoke.

Sometimes we get exposed to so much stress and so many traumas, whether they’re physical, emotional, or even chemical, like smoke. Our bodies can only take so much.

It can lead us into this defensive, fight or flight mode because our brain is so overwhelmed. From that moment on, everything is filtered through a trauma filter.

Sometimes you can go the other way, and just feel apathetic where nothing makes you happy.

As an upper cervical chiropractor, the main thing I want to check for is; what is your nervous system doing? Is it capable of getting out of those defensive modes?

If it’s not, that’s where we come in. we want to help you get out of that mode.

It’s not all in your head, we all have a reason to feel that way.
