We offer a wide range of services and do our best to accommodate a variety of budgets. Whenever possible we offer interest free payment plans. 

Some of the services we provide are covered by insurance and you may be able to get reimbursed depending on the “out of network” coverage included with the plan you chose. We do not bill insurance companies directly, but we will give you the receipt you’ll need to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement purposes (the only exception is Medicare). 

The services we offer that are not currently covered by insurance are still eligible for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and/or Flex Spending Accounts (FSA), except for the HUCT regenerative therapy.

    • Corrective care plans … $2,000 – $4,000 depending on severity of the case

      • Level 1 testing … $99 (7 night in-home testing using Circul+™ ring)
      • Level 2 testing … $400 (1 night in-home FDA sleep study using Sleep Image Ring™)
      • Sleep apnea devices … $40 – $3,000 (depends on severity of apnea and patient preference)
